Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our EBay shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy. Pay securely online with any major credit card buy Pay Pal or by calling us direct as we accept credit card payments over the phone. Tribal Custom Cycles reserve the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your payment. Tribal Custom Cycles cannot be held responsible for errors in product descriptions or pricing arising from editorial or advertising or typographical errors on our part.

Please note:

All parts featured on this web-site must be installed or fitted by a qualified mechanic in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers service manual. Please note that it is important you make sure the correct part is selected for the right purpose, the correct year and model of motorcycle. Please refer to the original equipment manufacturers service manual for normal and ordinary maintenance. Motorcycles can be dangerous if not ridden or maintained properly. Tribal Custom Cycles expects our customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any parts.

Tribal Custom Cycles assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury of any kind arising from misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Tribal Custom Cycles has no control over the manufacturing, testing or usage of any part sold, therefore the manufacturer will be responsible for any and/or all claims for damage to person(s) or property arising from design, manufacturing, and testing of its products. Under no circumstances will Tribal Custom Cycles be liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling. Continental Europe only. Goods are sent by Local First Class mail or Recorded Delivery for packages up to 2Kg and by courier for packages over 2Kg - all packages will require a signature on receipt of the goods..

Shipping overseas has a minimum (EC 20.00 Euro - and we may require an additional payment for heavy or bulky orders. If this is the case we will always ask you before making any additional charges. All other destinations prices on application.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order right away. If the item is in stock, we will normally send your order to you within 3-5 business days for continental Europe orders. Out of Stock items normally ship within 10-12 working days.

International orders are conditional upon the postal/courier services available.

Please note: Although we do our best adhere to our stated delivery times, occasionally this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will always be informed of any delay and where possible offered the chance to cancel their order.

Back Orders

We try to ensure that all items are in stock. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. Estimated delivery times and stock availability is indicated by many products

Credit Card Security

We will only accept orders where all personal details supplied match those held by your Card Issuer. If you wish to order goods and have them delivered to an address other than the address your card statements are sent to, Due to the nature of the internet, occasionally you may find that your order does not complete when you know the details are right - don't panic, please give us a call or send an email and we will contact you to discuss the problem.

Guarantee and Limited Warrenty

Tribal Custom Cycles warrants that any products sold hereunder shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following provisions:

1. The product must be properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions.

2. Tribal Custom Cycles shall have no obligation if the Tribal Custom Cycles product in question was modified by any other person or organization.

3. Tribal Custom Cycles shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from a failure of a Tribal Custom Cycles product, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in a non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Tribal Custom Cycles and a customer.

4. Tribal Custom Cycles products are often intended for use in specific applications. Tribal Custom Cycles makes no warranty if a Tribal Custom Cycles product is used in applications other than where it is intended.

5. Tribal Custom Cycles makes no warranty of any kind in regard to products distributed by us. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer and where possible, we will expedite the claim on behalf of our customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer

Returns Policy

a. The vendor will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by a director, and the goods are received by the vendor in stock condition, with original packaging, and the vendor reserves the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. The vendor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition.

b. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for service or credit which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.

c. All items returned to the vendor by pre-arrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, provided the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of the vendor.

d. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

e. A Full Credit will only be given on items returned within 7 Days from Purchase.

f. If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded/credited.

g. Clothing - If you would like a different size than we will be happy to exchange it for you, with the additional postage charge.
